Professional Boundaries & Credentials:

Niraj Gera is a Certified Life Coach/Relationship Coach, but he is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. His coaching services focus on personal and relationship development, offering guidance and support to help you achieve your goals. He is committed to ethical coaching practices and maintaining professional boundaries in our interactions. Coaching is a collaborative process, and the success of your journey depends on your commitment, discipline, and actions. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Every individual’s experience is unique.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

100% Advance Payment. Payment once made ensures your mutually decided slot. It will not be returned; however, if informed at least 24 hours before the session, it can be adjusted in the next session(s). No adjustment if informed in less than 24 hours.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate our coaching relationship at any time if we believe it is in the best interest of either party.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

This disclaimer is subject to the laws of Delhi (India). All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
